I tried to call the two phone numbers provided to reach Don Sullivan to no avail; however, an email I sent last night 3/29 was answered by the company. They requested my purchase order number which I cannot find amongst any of the items I was sent, and my order number which I do have, as it is shown on the original invoice.

I have scanned a copy of my original invoice and sent them a copy in response to their email.

They say they will try to resolve the problem. I will keep you posted.

2/11/17 I purchased two collars and one set of training lines and 'The Perfect Dog Training Kit'. Cost with tax was $114.17 which I charged to my Chase credit card.

The package arrived at the end of February 28th, I planned to train my pets and opened the DVD's to play, and neither DVD would play. I called customer service and they said they were aware of a recording problem they had, and gave me an RMA# 610709, and said they would promptly send out new working DVD's when they received back their defective DVD's. At my own expense, March 1, 2017, I returned their defective DVD's Tracking # 9114 90** **46 0323 * 167 19. Per this tracking number they received back my defective DVD's on March 3rd.

March 17, I called them because I had not received replacement DVD's. They said they never mailed them out as far as they could tell, and apologized and said I should get new working DVDs by 3/27/2017. Friday 3/24/2017, the new DVD's arrived, but I didn't open and play them immediately because I was on my way out of town on a work trip without dogs or a DVD player. Today March 29, 2017, I put the DVD's in my machine, which plays other DVD's just fine, and really feel scammed because neither disc works.

I called Chase about the problem, and they suggested that I get a prepaid return label, from 'The Perfect Dog' company because last time I sent their defective items back at my own cost.

I called Perfect Dog customer service and they refused to send me a prepaid shipping label to return these items with. Apparently they don't care if they get these items back, which in my opinion, goes to show that they don't value their own product.
