I contacted customer servicd and told them that this product was crap and didnt work. They told me ( at my expense ) to get it to them in less than a week, with signature....

What the crap I mean your not paying for the shipping so dont tell me how to ship it, and less than a week ummmm no USPS don't guarantee it so they need to stop playing. I contacted an attorney and they seem to think a class action may be good for these jackasses.
