Don Sullivan - Bad customer service
I was overcharged by $35.00 on my checking account. I did advise i wanted all funds put back in my account and i DID NOT WANT THIS PRODUCT. I did receive this today From your company. I am not happy with the way you do business and its a product that is what i consider as SUBSTANDARD. I want all my money back.

I was so irritated by the automatic ordering system and ALL the additional items for more money, i stated to forget sale and hung up. I checked my checking account and they deducted the full price from my account. When i attempted to dispute fees, they couldn't help me. BY THE WAY, I DID PURCHASE SAME PRODUCT FROM CHEWY.COM FOR $65.00 NO POSTAGE AND I HAD IT THE NEXT DAY. RATE THIS AS A BIG. 0
