I have tried to reach out to you people, with regards to this problrm. Uou can't evrn extend me the courtesy of answering my text. I will now initiate legal action against you as well as notified and government agencies of the scam that you're running. Bullshit

Don Sullivan - HORRIBLE PRODUCT AND SERVICE

I contacted customer servicd and told them that this product was crap and didnt work. They told me ( at my expense ) to get it to them in less than a week, with signature.... What the crap I mean your not paying for the shipping so dont tell me how to ship it, and less than a week ummmm no USPS don't guarantee it so they need to stop playing. I contacted an attorney and they seem to think a class action may be good for these jackasses.

Don Sullivan - Bad customer service

I was overcharged by $35.00 on my checking account. I did advise i wanted all funds put back in my account and i DID NOT WANT THIS PRODUCT. I did receive this today From your company. I am not happy with the way you do business and its a product that is what i consider as SUBSTANDARD. I want all my money back.

Don Sullivan - Incorrect fees deducTed from my account

I was so irritated by the automatic ordering system and ALL the additional items for more money, i stated to forget sale and hung up. I checked my checking account and they deducted the full price from my account. When i attempted to dispute fees, they couldn't help me. BY THE WAY, I DID PURCHASE SAME PRODUCT FROM CHEWY.COM FOR $65.00 NO POSTAGE AND I HAD IT THE NEXT DAY. RATE THIS AS A BIG. 0
